ADULT DANCE CLASSES
Students in our adult classes learn moves and routines in a casual atmosphere. Our instructors understand the needs of adult students and approach the class differently from our children's programs. Many of our adult students use the Jazz or Tap programs as well as our exercise classes for fitness and as a social activity. Our Body Awareness/Body Sculpting class is a total body workout. It promotes strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, rhythm, coordination, and enhances muscle tone-- and it's a great stress reducer! Class length is 1 hour, 1 time per week.
